Banana Bread Batter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan thoroughly to prevent sticking and set it aside.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to evenly distribute the leavening agents and seasoning.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture, stirring just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
  5. Prepare Cinnamon Swirl Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon and brown sugar together to form the cinnamon swirl mixture.
