			Chicken and Potatoes
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.

- Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.

- Add the Sauce and Broth: Pour the prepared garlic parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken and potatoes. Then, add the chicken broth on top.

- Cook the Meal: Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or on high heat for 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.

- Serve: Carefully remove the chicken and potatoes from the slow cooker and serve warm. Optionally garnish with extra grated parmesan cheese for added flavor.

		Notes

- For a thicker sauce, you can stir in a small amount of cornstarch slurry near the end of the cooking time.

- If you prefer a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a dairy-free alternative.

- Feel free to add fresh parsley or basil on top for a fresh herb garnish.

- Baby potatoes can be substituted with small red or Yukon gold potatoes.

- Make sure chicken breasts are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
